Mrs. Russ’ class reads to their pigs! Greene Intermediate is participating in the One Book, One School program. The program puts a book into the hands of every student in the building.  Together, as a community of readers, we are enjoying the novel, The Adventures of a South Pole Pig by Chris Kurtz.  It is a wildly adventurous tale about a pig named Flora.  Flora is teaching us about perseverance and optimism through her determination, positive mindset, and bravery.
