Greene will continue to use Final Forms for all athletic registrations. The registration window will open 30 days before the start of each athletic season. Parents must register their athlete and all health history forms must be completed and signed each season.
Fall 2024 registrations will open for jv and varsity sports on July 28; for modified sports on August 5. All forms must be completed and electronically signed each sports season.

There are a lot of features in FinalForms that will help improve communication and efficiencies in registering and approving athletes, notifications when athletes are absent from practice and games, email chains to communicate important information, and digital access to emergency contacts and medical information.
