Transcript Request

To request a transcript from Greene Central School, please have the following information ready for the Counseling Office:

Name (include last name when attended high school)
Person's phone number
Graduation year/ or year last attended
Name of college or business sending to
College or business mailing address
Name of person to receive transcript (if applicable)
Email if institution accepts transcripts via email
