Greene Footlights To Present Frozen, JR. Nov. 8, 9 & 10

GREENE – Greene Footlights will present Frozen, JR. for three nights – Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 8, 9 and 10, in the Greene High School auditorium.
According to the Music Theatre International website, “Frozen JR. is based on the 2018 Broadway musical, and brings Elsa, Anna, and the magical land of Arendelle to life, onstage. The show features all of the memorable songs from the animated film, with music and lyrics by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, plus five new songs written for the Broadway production.
A story of true love and acceptance between sisters, Frozen JR. expands upon the emotional relationship and journey between Princesses Anna and Elsa. When faced with danger, the two discover their hidden potential and the powerful bond of sisterhood.”
Greene Footlights’ presentation features Makenzie Soto, Macie Browning and Sydney Rideout as Young, Middle and Adult Elsa, respectively; Jade Smith, Zabelle Straniero and Elizabeth Williamson as Young Middle and Adult Anna. Aidan Marcin is cast in the role of King Agnaar and Dayani Lora plays the role of Queen Iduna. In all, over 70 students have been cast for this production.
Tickets are $8 for adults, $6 for students and senior citizens (65+) and free for children four and under. Tickets may be ordered through the Greene Middle School (attn: Amanda Boel) through Nov. 6. Please make checks payable to Greene Footlights. Tickets will be held at the box office until fifteen minutes prior to show time.
