Steered Straight is coming to Greene CSD
Steered Straight is an organization with a mission to steer youth straight toward making sound, rational decisions through a learning experience that provides a message of reality to help them make positive, informed choices.

The organization is visiting Greene CSD in early January to speak to students, and there will be a community presentation by Steered Straight Speaker Michael DeLeon from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on January 2nd, at 40 S Canal St, in Greene High School Auditorium that is open to the public.

According to information from Steered Straight, in 2022, about 1 in 10 or more than 2.5 mullion U.S. middle and high school students used e-cigarettes. The most commonly used devices are disposables (55.3%), followed by prefilled/refillable pods or cartridges (25.2%).
