Box Tops For Education to Support Our School

Did you know that every Boxtop equals a dime? That’s right! When you clip a Boxtop and send it in with your child, our school earns 10 cents.

Here at the middle school we earn several hundred dollars a year through the Boxtop program. In the past, we have used this money to buy every student breakfast on the six days of testing for ELA and math state assessments. Some of the money helps to buy supplies for our Greene Day activities which are part of our character building and anti-bullying program. This year, we hope to continue these activities and add some new student incentives.

A current goal we have is to purchase a sound system for the middle school dances and save the money we currently spend on the DJs. (The money we earn for dances is divided among the three grade levels and helps increase the class fund accounts.)

Helping us meet our goals is super easy. Find Boxtops. Check their expiration date. Clip them. Count them. Send them in to the middle school. Your child can bring them into his or her homeroom teacher. You can also send Boxtops to the middle school office and they will be divided equally among the grade levels for Spirit points. Spirit points are part of our annual Spring Fling where the grade levels compete in relays, games, and a Boxtop Collection!

Thank you for your help!
