This is an elective in two half year parts. Each is designed to give a more in-depth understanding of different parts of US history. In Contemporary America we will look at the US from WWII-Now. For history through the movies we will look at how cinema portrays US history. We will view a dozen movies in class and determine fact vs. fiction behind the movie version.
